Our Client is looking to hire a Sales Director for their financial services business in South Africa

Role description
Lead the South African sales force in the building and development of existing and new direct sales channels. Specific duties will include:
• Strategically direct and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Design, implement and facilitate annual, 3-year and 5-year sales plans for the Company.
• Supervise market research and implement a sales strategy that is within the budget, resources and capabilities of the Company.
• Lead in the development of strategies and processes within the division.
• Control the effective and efficient provision of sales across the business ensuring high quality of service and output.
• Develop and manage the sales budget.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Manage people, performance issues, disciplinary measures and evaluation of team.
• Analyse the market potential and profitability of various products

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will be a South African national who has a strong track record of achievement in the UK or European market and be looking to make a move home.You will have a strong product based background with ideally exposure to white labelling and distribution channels. Entrepreneurial by nature and driven to succeed, you will excel in this young and vibrant culture..
